The National Center for Human Rights is a national institution of public benefit, with financial and administrative independence and legal personality, and exercises its functions and all activities and activities related to human rights, including monitoring and receiving complaints, according to Law No. (51) of 2006 and its amendments and with complete independence. The center has a classification (a) from the International Accreditation Commission of the International Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions
