The National Center for Human Rights (NCHR) conducted a visit to the Civil Status and Passports Department. The delegation included the General Commissioner, Jamal Al-Shamayleh, and the Commissioner for Protection, Dr. Nihal Al-Momani. They were received by the Director General of the Civil Status and Passports Department, Ghaith Ghazi Al-Tayeb.
The visit aimed to strengthen frameworks of cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides, and to explore ways to further develop work in the field of human rights, particularly in relation to complaints received by the Center.
During the meeting, discussions also addressed future frameworks for cooperation to ensure enhanced coordination, promotion, and protection in the field of human rights.
