Strategic Planning and Policy Unit
The Strategic Planning and Policy Unit works to:
- Provide support and advisory services to the various organizational units in developing operational work plans and reviewing them to ensure alignment with the Center’s institutional objectives, and to avoid any conflict or overlap among the Center’s activities, projects, and programs.
- Track and monitor progress in the implementation of the strategic plan and operational work plans on a periodic basis, and issue relevant reports accordingly.
- Oversee performance evaluation and achievement assessment at the level of strategic objectives and programs across the Center’s organizational units on a regular and systematic basis, and submit related recommendations.
- Review and assesse the Center’s organizational and functional structure, identify weaknesses and gaps, and propose recommendations for improvement and development, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
