The Commissioner General, Mr. Jamal Al-Shamayleh, participated in the meeting held by the Women Committee at the Senate, chaired by Ms. Khawla Al-Armouti, with the participation of the Secretary General of the Jordanian National Commission for Women and a number of Senators.
The meeting discussed several issues related to women’s rights. It also addressed strategies for the protection, support, development, and advancement of women’s affairs, as well as ways to strengthen the relevant institutional and legislative frameworks.
